Her legal practice focuses on sports law, where she provides comprehensive advisory and operational oversight to several Major League Baseball (MLB) teams in the Dominican Republic. Her experience ranges from dispute management and risk assessment to the legal supervision of sports infrastructure construction and renovation projects.
A specialist in conflict prevention and resolution, she has a strong background in criminal, civil, and labor litigation, managing everything from evidence assessment to negotiating settlement agreements. She also has extensive experience in corporate, company, and immigration law, having managed complex transactions and compliance processes for national and international companies.
She contributed to the publication “Apuntes de Derecho Penal Iberoamericano” from Ecuador with her research on the Undercover Computer Agent. She is currently an active member of the Bar Association of the Dominican Republic, the Sports Lawyers Association (SLA), and the National Association of Young Entrepreneurs (ANJE).
